Returns

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns within 30 days for any full-priced items placed within the U.S. For all International orders, returns will be accepted, however, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges that may apply. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Sale items are non-refundable. No Returns. No Exchanges. No Exceptions. Please double check your sizes! No modifications can be made after your order is placed.

The product must be returned in original condition. Worn, washed or otherwise used products will not be accepted. All products must also have the original tags and sanitary liner intact. It must also be in the original packaging.

The Customer must pay for the label to return the item. PRAIA BRAVA is not responsible for paying return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund and received FREE shipping at the time of your order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please make sure that your returned item has your order number and your name that you used to place your order, otherwise, we will not be able to know who the package is from.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
